I’m a professional chef ready to bring Filipino food to the fine dining scene. I love good food, music, and art. I have been hosting dinner parties for 6 years now, each with a personalized tasting menu and one of a kind omakase experiences.

Services

Each tasting menu is developed with a story in mind. Small bites or “pulutan” are served first, meant to wake up your palate. Next, we’ll explore different preparations of fresh produce in soups, salads, and appetizers. Guests will then be greeted with an assortment of proteins from both land and sea in exciting new combinations from different cultures you know and love. We’ll finish off the night with hand-crafted desserts, ending your experience on a lovely sweet note.

These dinners have multiple courses that are thoughtfully paced, allowing for the guests to enjoy each dish comfortably. The number of courses vary for each client, depending on your interests and specifications.

Regardless of the number of courses, we guarantee that each guest will leave happy and with a full belly.

The cost of the tasting menus will reflect the market price of seasonal ingredients.

Recommended party size: 2 - 8 people.
